An update

I am sorry if I have not posted in a long time, I have not felt motivated to write a blog post.

When I started my Instagram and later my blog I promised myself to do it as long as I felt it was fun. I did not want to feel any pressure to post just to make other people happy.
And lately I just did not feel it was fun to sit down and write a blog post. I have been posting a lot of photos on my Instagram without writing something here about it.

I don’t know how I will feel in the future, but for now check my Instagram for new nail art and nail polish.

I wish you all a wonderful holiday!

Here is my current Christmas sweater inspired manicure:

Random nail polish comparison: three pink Zoya

It was way too long ago since I did a comparison and possible dupe post, so here is one, very random, of three pink polishes from Zoya.

On my trip to New York in June I ordered a few polishes from Zoya and sent them to my cousin. I got three extra polishes and two of them were in the pink family.
Let me introduce you to: Mae, Brooke and Hayden.

A great Zoya store in Gothenburg!

I have had such a nice weekend in Gothenburg catching up with my friends from University, I can’t believe it has been 6 years since we graduated.. So much has happened in these years and I feel so grateful for having them as my friends.

On saturday we went to Pure Cosmetic (they also have a web shop: Pure Cosmetic) because I wanted to check out their Zoya collections. Zoya is really rare in Sweden and it is really hard to find. And it looked really promising already on the outside :)

Wedding nails #1

This manicure is the first one out of a series of wedding manicures that I am planning to post. The summer wedding season is just around the corner and I want to inspire you to choose something other than the popular (and, according to me, boring) french manicure.

For some reason I get the feeling that brides choose the french manicure for the simplicity and the cleanliness of the design. So for the first manicure I used the bare nail and stamped on a flower pattern. Except for my try skin that looks about 100 years old, isn’t this just as simple and clean as a french manicure?

This is also a very quick manicure to do, base coat + white polish on stamping plate + top coat = done! And it looks good on long and short nails!
